[DynareDev] Models with an endogenous not appearing at time t

I attach a MOD file that is crashing under Dynare 4.3/master. One of its endogenous (m) does not appear at time t (only at t+1). This seems to be a regression from Dynare 4.2, which does not crash and tells that the rank condition is not satisfied.
