Ok I finally managed to install it. Actually it worked when I installed the Microsoft Windows SDK. I therefore updated the ConfigureMatlabWindowsForMexCompilation wiki page accordingly. Then I fixed the problem with MEX compilation. Actually it was broken with both Cygwin and MSVC since Dynare 4.3.0… Johannes: please confirm that it fixes the problem for you.
