[DynareDev] Failing test in lyapunov_symm under Octave

Hi, I looked at the test failure under Octave of lyapunov_symm. The message is the following: error: eigs: error -3 in dnaupd error: evaluating argument list element number 1 error: evaluating argument list element number 1 error: called from: error: /home/sebastien/dynare/unstable/lyapunov_symm_test_1.m at line 13, column 8 The problem occurs under Debian Wheezy but not under Debian Jessie. My understanding is therefore that it's a problem in either Octave or ARPACK that has been fixed in recent versions.
