I just copy the DLL for version 4 in the ./dynare/matlab directory of version 3. I don't think that we have changed the calling sequences. I believe that the exact source code of the DLLs that are included in binary form in version 3 are lost. There is a source code for mjdgges.c from 2001 in the dowload section of the web site near the bottom.
