In the process of packaging Dynare 4.5.0 for Debian, I fixed various typos detected by lintian (the Debian quality-check tool).

In particular, there are some typos under the contrib/ms-sbvar/switch_dw/ that were detected, but I cannot push them, since I don't have commit rights to the repository. I attach the patch. I would appreciate if someone with commit rights could apply it.
