Hi, there are two questions whether Dynare is able to handle learning models as promised in the manual: http://www.dynare.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=2 <http://www.dynare.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1864> &t=1864 http://www.dynare.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=1 <http://www.dynare.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=4705> &t=4705 Does anyone know what the curent status is? And whether there already exists a mod-file demonstrating the capabilities? The manual only mentions learning once in the introduction. Hi, there is no functions for learning in Dynare. The manual should be corrected. I have somewhere examples writing a Matlab loop around resol() and updating the parameters (the learning) in Matlab in the loop Sergey Slobodyan has added a modified version of Dynare with learning in Volker Wiealand archive. I talked a year or so ago with Sergey about adding it in regular Dynare, but didn't pursue the project. We could do that over the Summer maybe Best Michel Johannes Pfeifer writes:
