Binaries for Windows 32 bits and source code are available from http://www.dynare.org (download section).
Binaries for Debian (Lenny, i386 and amd64) are available through the usual repository; binaries for Ubuntu should follow soon.
I am going to try to build Dynare for Windows 64 bits at the Banque de France.

We have warned our users that v4 has been unstable until its release and that it is now time for them to thoroughly test and adjust their code if needed too.
