Please read carefully the log message of commit c121aa14b1f9147a13d6b3fee078b8a65ea2fb96, it contains important information. I hope I did not break too many things.
This change is part of a larger effort of reorganizing the data structures (see in particular ticket #288). The goal is to completely get rid of set_state_space.m, and transfer this computation into the preprocessor.
