Dear colleagues,
I am writing to share the call for participation in the upcoming SoFiE
Summer School and Conference on DSGE modelling, taking place 4-8 May
2026 at the National Bank of Belgium in Brussels.
This event brings together researchers working on DSGE models and
structural macroeconometrics. It consists of a three-day training school
(4-6 May) on Bayesian Structural Macroeconometrics, covering DSGE to
HANK estimation, policy analysis, and forecasting. The instructors are
Marco Del Negro (Federal Reserve Bank of New York) and Frank Schorfheide
(University of Pennsylvania). This will be followed by a two-day
conference (7-8 May) on "DSGE Models: The present, the past, and the
future" with panel discussions.
To participate, please send your CV and a brief motivation statement to
Prof. Leonardo Iania (leonardo.iania(a)uclouvain.be) with "SoFiE 2026" in
the subject line by 1 April 2026. If you wish to present a paper during
the training school, please indicate this and submit a draft. Acceptance
decisions will be communicated by 5 April 2026.
Please find the detailed call attached, which includes the full list of
confirmed participants, registration fees, and practical information.
Best regards,
Stéphane.
